After placing order I sent an email with my Character Name, phone number and a picture of me with my state id
After a 10 minute wait, someone came to send 2000 mil
1 minute later someone else came with the remaining 1300 mil.
Was fast and honest service. I recommend this to anyone as long as you follow their procedure everything is fine. :)
